RETURN DIRECTIONS
We will grant the customer a store credit or partial refund for the return of all items, after receiving the item undamaged within 20 days of shipment. Modified parts can not be returned. We do not take responsibility for damaged items that were installed improperly. If a refund is chosen rather than a store credit, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. For order cancellation before shipping, if the parts have been completed or during manufacturing, a 10% cancellation fee will be applied. Parts ordered for the incorrect application may be swapped out or returned for store credit if returned within 20 days of our shipment date. Shipping charges and custom-made orders are non-refundable. If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
