Shipping damage may occur due to various reasons. In order for us to seek compensation from the courier, a full unboxing video must be made. This is required for any product issues or after-sales service. Without documentation, we will not be able to provide a warranty or any compensation.
Please note that once the product has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. If you need to alter the address after the item has been dispatched, additional charges will apply.
Shipping Information

The shipping time refers to the time it takes for us to manufacture the product, not the time it will take to arrive at your address.
- All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Taiwan. Most parts are custom-made and painted, with a production lead time of 5-7 working days; however, if there are weather factors or a high order volume, the shipping time may be extended.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees depend on your country and can be viewed at the checkout page. The shipping cost is automatically calculated when placing an order, based on the weight of the goods and destination (since shipping costs vary depending on distance and the type and quantity of products, the fastest way is to check the checkout page; asking us will not provide specific answers).
Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping (Taiwan Post):
- Shipping time: Approximately 15-20 working days
- Notes: Depending on the restrictions of local postal services, not all packages are trackable. If there is no one at your address when the local post office attempts delivery, the package will be sent to the local post office (please pick it up in person or request re-delivery; we cannot contact the local post office). If the recipient does not claim it, the package will be returned to the sender.
- If your package has not arrived after 15 working days, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will help you locate the package to prevent it from being returned.

Express Shipping:
- Shipping time: Approximately 5-10 working days
- Notes: Faster and more reliable, with the option to contact the shipping company. If your package has not arrived after 4 working days, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will help you locate the package to prevent it from being returned.

Damaged Packages During Shipping
- After receiving your package, please make sure to record an unboxing video. If your item is damaged during shipping, RENDITION only accepts unboxing videos (photos are not accepted). We will provide compensation or re-shipping based on the damaged portion.

Unclaimed Packages Returned to Sender
- RENDITION is not responsible for unclaimed packages. If the package is returned, the customer will need to pay the additional shipping fee for reshipping. An unclaimed label means the post office left a delivery attempt notice because the package was not picked up at the destination post office, or the purchaser did not arrange for re-delivery in time.
Out-of-Stock and Shipping Delays
- RENDITION does not guarantee product availability, stock, or shipping timelines. RENDITION reserves the right to use any selected carrier for shipping.
Other Shipping Issues
- Orders may be shipped without requiring signature authorization unless the buyer specifically requests it. If requested, the buyer agrees to pay any additional fees. Once the product is delivered to the buyer's specified shipping address, without signature authorization, the product becomes the property of the buyer. Any incidents that occur after delivery are the sole responsibility of the buyer. RENDITION is not responsible for lost or stolen items after delivery.
