Customers are responsible for all customs clearance charges. Shipping damage may occur due to various reasons. In order for us to seek compensation from the courier, a full unboxing video must be made. This is required for any product issues or after-sales service. Without documentation, we will not be able to provide a warranty or any compensation.
Please note that once the product has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. If you need to alter the address after the item has been dispatched, additional charges will apply.
All orders are dispatched from our facility warehouse located in Taiwan. The majority of parts are custom-made and painted, and production lead time is less than 5 business days; however, if we have the necessary parts in stock, orders are usually shipped within 2 business days. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Shipping price depends on your country. Delivery cost is calculated automatically when placing an order and depends on the weight of the goods and destination.
We are committed to delivering the product to our customers. Delivery time will take around 15 business days for the free shipping option (Taiwan Post) and is not always trackable. If your package is not showing up after 15 business days please contact us to help you find it before it gets returned. If the package is lost or damaged during the shipping process we guarantee a full refund or free re-shipping. You could also consider the express shipping option (International EMS) which takes about 5 business days to deliver and is always trackable and way more reliable. RENDITION cannot be held responsible for unclaimed packages that eventually got returned, the customer will have to pay an additional shipping fee for reshipment. An Unclaimed label means that the post office left an Attempted Delivery Notification because the item was not picked up at the destination post office and/or the purchaser made no attempt to schedule re-delivery promptly.
RENDITION cannot be held responsible for backorder delays or make guarantees of availability or product delivery. RENDITION reserves the right to ship items with any selected carrier. Orders may ship without the requirement of signature authorization unless otherwise requested by the buyer. If requested, the buyer agrees to pay any additional charges for such service. Items delivered to the buyer's indicated shipping address, without signature authorization, become the property of the buyer. Any such incident that occurs after delivery is the sole responsibility of the buyer. RENDITION cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items once delivered to the buyer.
